Cancellations:
You may cancel any appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Post expiry of this period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us. For further details, please read our Terms and Conditions.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
No Return or Exchange Policy: As a provider of dental services, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we strive to ensure the highest quality of care and service.
Refund Policy:

- Procedure: To request a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the service. Please provide a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation or evidence.
- Assessment: Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our team will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Instead of a refund, we may also provide you with a credit for future services at our clinic.

Any dissatisfaction related to inherent risks or expected outcomes of procedures, as discussed with you prior to the service, will not be eligible for refunds.
